We were approached by Location estate agents in Mansfield in June this year regarding the re-branding of the business from the old logo to a new cleaner looking version as shown below.
Stationery design
After completing the logo we promptly started on the companies new stationery for the three branches , the flock wallpaper effect is used throughout the companies offices and marketing material.

Presentation folder design and print
The guys at Location visit alot of potential and current clients with various documents, to make sure these arrive in tip top condition everytime we designed and printed some A4 presentation folders as shown below, these were matt laminated to the face and included an interior business card slot.
A5 Flyer Print and Design
We dropped off a second batch of these recently to the Location guys, the conversion rates were very good, the gloss laminate and bright design worked a treat with a great conversion ratio.
For sale board design
The next job was the design of the for sale, for let and sold board designs, you can see the end result below taken at one fo the many houses around Mansfield showing the boards.
Shop signage design
The Final Part of the jigsaw was the design of the shop signage at the Mansfield, Kirkby and Ollerton branches of Location, you can see the Mansfield branch below, the signage was expertly erected by our friends at Judson Signs
