A fresh new online presence for EMPO a not-for-profit Landlords Association
EMPO were manually processing new members and renewals for years and wanted to develop an online system to manage the payments and website access associated with this without the need for spreadsheets and endless follow-up calls.
The new site brings all this into one system and links into the organisation’s Mailchimp setup for email marketing.
The Process
We took the project from the branding onwards. The initial thought was to stick with the organisation’s current branding, we felt this needed a refresh so during the UI design process we presented a selection of ‘wildcard’ choices with new the new branding applied.
On-Going Support
The EMPO site is one which will need regular updates to the WordPress and WooCommerce software as well as our team being on hand to answer any technical questions regarding the subscription service and payments set-up. We arranged an ongoing arrangement with EMPO to provide this support as quickly as possible to make sure any issues are quickly resolved.
